Cold and fever up/down since 4 days, in night fever increase up to 100, we have tried ibugesic plus, pravib syrup for fever but no change even visit to doctor on 23rd (Rakesh amroliwala) but as usual.child age 5 years

It may be viral infection but by now it should have come down. If you feel it's not getting better but it's worsening he may need antibiotics,change of cold and cough medicine. He needs to be reassess by your pediatrician. If you no OK with your pediatrician,can show it to some other pediatrician .
