Cold, Cough, Breathing Problem
Dear Dr, I have cold, cough, runny nose and problem in breathing since more than 60 days. I consulted doctors locally but nothing workout such as antibiotic, syrup, antialergic tabs, nasal spray, brutalene. They only have temporary effect but it doesn't solve the problem. Further the chest X-Ray is also clear and I don't smoke or take any other drugs. Please advise

You seem to be suffering from allergic airway disorder which may require treatment with anti Histamine medicines, steroid nasal sprays along with steroid bronchodialator inhalers for long term. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
