Cold, blocked nose, no cough
Blocked nose no cough or throat pain. What can be done? In bangalore so suddenly the weather has changed and it has become much colder. So because of that. No fever also. Just blocked nose. No breathing problems.

Put nasivion one drop in each nostril morning and night for two days, steaming 2 times daily.. avoid cold items, monitor your symptoms.. check temperature and oxygen levels 6th hourly.. if symptoms persist kindly consult for further investigation and treatment
