Cold and sneezing
I have cold and it been a month. My cold issue is in my company we have a open ac means centralised ac. It just falls directly on me, I cannot make it turned off or decrease the ac coolness. And due to this my nose started paining and while travelling I am getting more sneezing. Pls help and provide the best medicine for this so that I can recover.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Since your allergy seems to seasonal you may stop medication during symptoms free period
