Loratidine (Alaspan) is the only antihistamine molecule that has been conclusively safe in pregnancy. You can however safely use steroid nasal sprays throughout your pregnancy. There is a famous Swedish study which studied 40000 Swedish women and their children over 20 years to confirm their safety.
