  4. Cold and sinus. My immunity in this!

I am struggling with cold and sinus for last 10 days and generally very much allergic to dust, cooking aroma etc. What can be the natural ways for improving my immunity in this regard. Currently I am taking medicine LEVOLVE Z 500 L MONTUS TABS and ETAG syrup for past 2 days.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays for few months. There is no permanent cure for this condition. Physical exercises can be of some benefit
