Cold and Severe cough
Having cold, severe cough(wet and dry) and throat pain since yesterday afternoon. Took Ascoril-D yesterday evening and night but still no respite.

Cough n cold in majority occurs due to viral illness and it has a course of 5 to 7 days.During this time you need conservative treatment like anticongestant...antipyretic...oral fluids...steam inhalation and gargle
