Hello hello Wikoryl tablet already has a Paracetamol in it so you do not take additional Paracetamol apart from the tablet instead of that I would suggest you to take Paracetamol 650 thrice a day for 2 days also take Cetirizine 10 mg twice a day for about days....Thank you
