Cold and fever 12 weeks Baby Boy
Hi Sir,
My 12 weeks baby has nasal congestion(no mucus) since 2 weeks and cries a lot for few min whenever nose gets blocked. He also got mild fever today and we gave him Pa-100 oral suspension 10 drops. Fever gets reduced but in 6-7 hours body gets little warm again. Gave 10 drops in 7 hours interval (total thrice)
Also using saline solution drop for nasal congestion. He feeds regularly. Has proper urine/ stool frequency. Just little inactive since got fever. Please advise

How much is the fever? Fever in first 6 months need to be evaluated.
