Depends on how far on in the pregnancy you are. It is better to avoid medications in the first three months of pregnancy, but if you have an infection or are feeling unwell, you will need medicines. You can take Paracetamol and Cetirizine. For cough it is better to gargle, some cough syrups may also be safe in pregnancy. If you have fever and are very unwell, please see a doctor.
