Cold and cough
I've had cold and cough for 3 days now. Cold has almost gone but coughing is there with constant wheezing sound and vibrations in chest, I am a little breathless too and have difficulty sleeping. I've had bronchitis before and feel exactly the same. What medicine should I take ?

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and airway infection. You may need to take expectorant cough syrups which also contains bronchodialator. Nebulization is also beneficial.
