Cold and cough
I have had a bad cold and some cough for more than a week now. Have taken sinarest and a paracetamol. Have taken steam and gargled. It's better but not going. Nose is either running or blocked. Face head and ears also feel blocked. Hurts my ear if I blow my nose too hard. Want to avoid strong medicines. Please suggest.

You seem to be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis which is common type of nose and sinus infection. You may need to take antibiotics, continue sinarest three times daily and use decongestant nasal drops for few days. Steam inhalation is also beneficial
