Hello. Appetite gets suppressed due to cold and nose block. His appetite should become normal after his cold gets better.
Next Steps
for cold give him Syrup Allegra 2.5ml 2 times a day for 5 Days and put NASOCLEAR NOSE DROPS 1 drop in each nostril whenever nose is blocked
