  4. Cold & Cough. Any permanent solution?

Im 15 years old and i have childhood problem of cold. I have allergy to cold drinks or any thing cold i drink or eat. I have tried manyy things but whenever i drink a little bit of cold or something it again comes. My immune system is weak. I can stop it for temporary. Is there any permanent solution? Please help me
