If child is on breastfeeding, then he will rarely fall ill in first 6 months.
No fever, no antibiotics.
In case there was fever and it is present for more than 2 spikes then need to be investigated, cannot give antibiotics directly.
Also for child below 3 months, oral absorption of antibiotics is poor so always need to give intravenous antibiotics only.
