Cold after acid reflex

Asked for Male, 47 Years

I had an acid reflex issue in mid Mar and it took a month to recover. After recovery I'm having cold continuously for over 10 days now. I have taken zyrcold at night for 5 days but no improvements. Not sure if I can take any medicines due to my recovery from acid reflex just now. Pls suggest options to get rid of cold.

Mostly this cold does not have anything to do with acid reflux. It would be better if you get tested for covid first and then think about what next to take.
