Your cognition needs to be assesed by a psychiatrist. Tests like MMSE are available to screen you for any conginitive decline and find out the exact cognitive areas that have been affected. Chronic psychiatric conditions can result in cognitive decline. Depression can be a cause for an apparent decline in cognition and is one of the causes which can be treated. The medicines that you have been prescribed are unlikely to be the cause.
