Is it require for a female to remove her bra if the heartbeat is not audible? A doctor has rechecked me and asked me to remove my bra because my heart beat was not audible. He then examined me using stethoscope. Was his move legit?

Generally it’s not required to remove bra to auscultation heart sound., except ECG or MRI. The heartbeat may not be audible in certain cardiac problems. The female should be examined infront of female attendant or nurse. U would have not allowed him to examine.

Hi First  is  whenever  a  doctor  is  examining  a  female  patient he  should  have  female  attendant  with him. Even female  relative  of  patient  is  ok. Second  you  can deny to remove  the clothes. It is not  so that heart beat is not audible  with stetho on clothes. If  the  heart  beats  not  audible  with stetho  then he can suggest you a 2 D echo In my opinion  it is not correct.
