Should I have oil capsules when I have low blood pressure? I want to have these capsules for my hair, as I am losing a lot of my hair in the past 2 years because of the birth control pills. I'm going to turn 18 in two months.

You can take cod liver oil as a nutritional supplement as it contains vitamin A, D and omega 3 fatty acids It improves bone health If u trying for pregnancy , you should not be taking cod liver oil as it has vitamin A which is contraindicated in pregnancy If you have medical disorders like hypertension and cardiovascular disorders,please check with your treating physician before taking it
