Coblin p has mecobalamin, given for replenishing vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 deficiency causes dullness of mood, aches n pains. So d doctor must have prescribed it to u. It's not an antiseizure meds. If in doubt, consult a psychiatrist.
