It's clear that you are having pathological myopia. But I have strong confusion whether you are having coats disease or not. Coats disease is mostly unilateral & has a progressive course. It usually leads to massive loss of vision . If possible upload all documents & prescriptions. Regrading computer work - You can do it without any fear. But just follow 20 - 20 to avoid computer vision syndrome.  Eye strain happens when your eyes get tired from intense use. Luckily, it can be remedied with a helpful trick called the 20-20-20 rule.  Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Use Artifical tear  ( carboxy methyl cellulose)eye drop four times daily to avoid dry eye syndrome.
Next Steps
upload all documents & prescriptions
