Cmv igg and toxoplasma igg reactive
Hello doc. I did my test in Feb month and my cmv and toxoplasma igg were positive so Doc said to take Zovirax, Rovamycin and Torchnil for one month. I repeated my test Last week and my cmv igg and toxoplasma igg have shown reactive and increased. This was my second test. Doc asked to continue with the same medicines till they come down. Also these days currently having throat and ear pain and hands swelling. Are these because of these virus?? Can I concieve ? Will it affect my sex life with my husband?? Planning for a baby in next four months. I had to abort a baby in 2017 due to spina bifida. I am diabetic and have thyroid. Please help.

I don't know why your doctor has started this medications... if the IG G is positive ..
Either the value of Ig G is too high ...
ideally she should have done a avidity index
