Cmv igg 200 and Cmv igm nagative.

Hi My wife had two miscrage in last 18 months 2nd miscrage happend in 3rd month. Doctor has advised us TORCH test on 25 Oct 2017 . Which shows cmv igg 200 ( reactive) And cmv igm nagative (0.17) non reactive Doctor advised us valcivir tablets for 20 days We have again tested it on 25 March 18 it shows cmv igg 53 and cmv igm is nagative, we have stop taking tablets , on 1st may 2018 again we tested it shows cmv igg 194 and cmv IMG nagative Now we are planning to next  pregnancy 1. My query is if CMG IMG is nagative and cmv igg is on 200 is favorable situation for next pregnancy 2. Does cmv igg caused any birth defects in new born child What kind of prevention we take to healthy pregnancy and healthy Child Doctor pls help me I am scared a lot . I have searched internet which shows that cmv can cause birth defects We want Healthy baby and healthy pregnancy
