Hello...is ur headache is one sided or whole headache ? Is it associated with pricking sensation ..Hw long it lasts?need more information about ur headache ..

Since you are suffering from Hypertension and thyroid problem, it will be better to ensure that these are under control. Whether you are having any sinus problem of not, what about your eye sight etc. These issues are also to be considered.
It will be better if you can consult your family physician for better understanding of the disease and treatment.
In the meantime you should start deep breathing exercises, yoga, walk, ensure adequate nutritious diet, proper rest and adequate sleep.
