Clump like feeling in throat

I feel a clump like feeling in throat when swallowing since 4 days. Took one Pan Dsr 30mg yesterday morning and ate some hot soup and gargled with Povidone solution yesterday night...Still no change. Its not painful, it doesn't create problems while swallowing. No pain while talking and my voice is still the same. It doesn't feel like Tonsils as I had them before. Some say it could be acid reflux or pharyngitis. What do u think?

Hello. Yes it could be either of the two. Please continue with pantop and gargle for a week along with good hydration(3-3.5Lt. of fluids/day). Also if you have a cold/allergies take tab. Allegra M. Would like to know if you have a foreign body sensation(is that what you mean by clump like feeling?) Do you have a cold? If you are not feeling better in 2-3 days visiting an ENT to get a laryngoscopy done in OPD is necessary.
