I have a history of pulmonary tb Diminished breathing Scarring on lungs Severe hyperchondria My finger tips are looking weird Is this clubbed fingers ? I am panicking really bad and unable to sleep and having weird thoughts Is this looking severe ?

Clubbing of fingers is not an inspection finding unless it’s grade IV. Sometimes old pulmonary tb can cause clubbing due to bronchiectasis. If symptoms like breathlessness,cough, weight loss, evening rise of temperature is there better to do a CXR and consult a doc

No it's not... But post tb sequelae are pretty common in lungs and one of them is bronchiectasis and fibrosis..which can further cause shortness of breath and recurrent cough and other symptoms.. if they are present, u should consult a pulmonologist for further evaluation
