Hello.......he has gastritis and h pylori infection. He has to take antibiotics for h pylori infection. There is H. Pylori kit for this problem .. You take him to general physician .. He need to change hislifestyle He should have non spicy soft easily digestible foods.... Infection will be cured with antibiotics.
