I don't have any pain. It's just annoying.
After doing a gymnastics muscle up, the clicking is gone.
Then it slowly comes back.
With my arm fully bent as far as it will go, if I push against it with the opposite arm to further the stretch, sometimes the clicking sensation go away after completing the movement.
Again, with palm facing up while going into to flexion, if I ever so slightly pull on that wrist, clicking stops.
Palm down flexion this no clicking.
