Cleft lip?
In this scan of 33 weeks I see some malformation in lips? Can cleft lip be undetected in anatomy scan? It's only visible in the image provided, anatomy scan was also normal and this time also dr said baby is completely healthy.

A regular ultrasound scan cannot reliably identify a cleft palate, either by itself or along with a cleft lip.

you should have asked your doctor regarding this..its 3 d image and depends on how the image is scanned
