Cleft lip & cleft palate
My sister in law delivered a baby with cleft lip and cleft palete. Is there any treatment/surgery available to repair it? If yes then at what age of baby this should be done? And what are the precautions need to be considered? Thank you !

Greetings. Definitely this can be and has to be surgically repaired. Kindly see a qualified pediatric surgeon or a plastic surgeon at the earliest. They would be the ideal doctors to guide you after a due examination as to which would be the best form of surgery and when it should be done. Warm regards.
