My upper lip just below the nostrile is protrude, I have it since I was a child. When you look it, they have similarities with cleft lip but my lip dont have any cut like cleft lip people have. I can talk normally there's no problem with my teeth and palate but my upper lip as well as the philtrum are protude. I want to know what's the cause of this and do I need to undergo surgery to correct this ? Hope you can help me. Thank you

Hello.. Well I understand..But then since there are no symptoms..I don't think it is a problem..I would suggest you to meet a surgeon once to examine it and then decide on it further..I don't think you need any procedure...Thank you
