Clearz max apply under Tubelight. Face?

My doctor suggested me to use Clearz max for Hyper pigmentation on cheeks & forehead 1) He said,use only one hour before go to the bed & wash the face 2) He said,Use in alternative days for 15 days & give break for two weeks He suggested me don't use in long term & discontinue once the course period is complete My doubt here is a)Does my pigmentation comes again once I discontinue the cream? b) I am using the cream in night time,but I always switch on "Tube light" or "CFC bulb".Does it effect my skin under the Tube light Does tube light damages my skin once I apply the cream on face? On cream they clearly says,Don't stay in sun light & UV Ray's,but I stay at tubelight & CFC bulb at night times.Please help me & Give suggestion
