Hello gentlemen. u problem is heavy smoking & u understand ur problem. your concern is appreciating. The only solution for this is please quite ur smoking habit, and adopt a healthy lifestyle like morning walk , chest exercises (yoga), running, swimming, healthy diet & avoid polluted air-sapces, congested rooms
