Hyy... I lost 4-5 kgs by doing exercise and then quit periods were normal after 4-5 months of quiting my periods came for 1.5 day I ignored and then again I got my period for 2 days both cycle less flow and I gennerlay get 4-5 days of bleeding...noticed CLEAR WATERY non sticky sometimes little white discharge from breast (squezed) righ breast have more and left have less no other symtomps but one day I had LITTLE PAIN  and then I PRESSED  fluid come and pain DISAPPEARED..what is the cause? Is it prolactin hormone I read it on Google. I had undergone thyroid but Thyroid is normal but clear watery with little pain discharge coming.
