Hi First of all, only function of a cleansing Lotion is keeping your face clean off dirt and oil. It is prescribed mainly for sensitive and dry skin. It has no its action on any skin condition to show faster results. You can use is as usual face wash, means take some quantity on wet palm and gently massage on a wet face for 15-30 Sec and wash off.
