Cleaning after circumcision

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Had circumcision and breve correction surgery 1 week ago. The bandage was removed 4 days ago and I was told by the surgeon to use Betadine powder on the wound multiple times (especially after peeing) to keep the surgical place dry. The wound is open and clearly visible. Now, the powder is sticking to the penis glans and wound and forming layers. Should I leave it as it is or clean it regularly? If so, how to do it?
