Recently I have consulted dermatologist for pigmentation, she has given me Tremic- M(Tranexamic acid). I have checked about this tablets in Google purpose of this finding entirely different purpose, please clarify to avoid further complications,.thanks

It is an antifibrinolytic. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and muscle pain.
