Clarification on IGG values

Question

Asked for Male, 45 Years

I was facing whole day fatigue. I did all kind of blood tests and every thing was ok . Recent blood test RBC was low by 1 point. After my second vaccination SAARS Covid IGG values are 11. Is it a matter of concern. I have symptoms like blurry vision also. Had some voluntury movement of thumb fingers in leg. Visited neurologist and conducted nerve conduction study. Is it due to MS multiple scelorosis. Can someone help
