Clarification on Fever during Covid.

I had symptoms of Covid on 23 April 2021. Tested +ve on 25 April, under home quarantine. Major symptoms were only fever between 100 to 101.5. I am on treatment for it as per the protocol,  What I have noticed is I am not having fever for 2 days and suddenly the third day when I checked the thermometer the fever is ranging between 99 to 100. I am not having any sensation of fever at all like hot body or headache etc, but when I am checking through thermometer it is showing at 100. At times I will be sweating and the temperature is showing at 100 to 100.5. all other parameters are fine no cough, cold, no breathlessness, pulse oximeter reading is always at 98 to 99. I am eating healthy and fresh food. Taking all tablets like Vit c,d,zinc etc. And dolo 650mg when ever fever is there. Kindly confirm me till what time this fever exist and fluctuates and more so when I am not sensing fever on my body but thermometer is showing fever.
