Covid Fever With Burning Sensation - My Mom Was Infected With

My mom was infected with covid 19 . She has been getting fever of around 100° almost everyday for the past 10-11 days.whenever she get fever she also experiences a burning sensation in her soles and palms. She has lost her sense of smell and her taste buds are also affected . What should be done to end this fever visits and what could be done for her burning sensation in her soles and palm, which she only experiences whenever she gets a fever(which is very uncommon in other cases). She usually gets fever for around 1-2 hours daily .
