Clarification need for taking medication

Hello sir i am 25 years old i don't have proper beard growth on my face so i consulted the endocrinologist for checking my hormones level and the hormones level are normal he told me to consult dermatologist so i consulted a dermatologist he gave me the following medications below MORR F 5% -APPLY 0.5 ml every night trichoton forte -daily 1 tablet at night DEFLAMED 6MG -daily at morning My doubt is whether Deflamed 6 mg is related to my problem whether i should intake this tablet daily whether it will promote beard growth i searched about this tablet it is a type of corticosteroid tablet whether it will cause any serious side affects in future whether the medicine is safe so please solve my problem and give me a good solution to me Thank-you
