The radiograph (x-ray)which you have posted i.e the OPG will not answer your question because it is a magnified image. Associated pain if any along with a smaller X-ray of the tooth in question upper right premolar will help in solving your query. Also get a similar X-ray done i.r.t left molar tooth.

Hello, Looking at the OPG it seems like you have Deep dental caries in about 3 upper teeth.Once the dentist starts the procedure of removing the decayed part of your teeth clinically,he will be in a better position to decide if any of these teeth require a root canal. You also seem to have spacing between your teeth which needs to be rectified.Do visit an Endodontist/Periodontist for further treatment. I think you require a thorough dental check up first because this is just a 2D representation of what's in your mouth. But looking at the X-ray you require fee filings hopefully if not a RCT. And yes you have spaces between your teeth so may Orthodontic treatment or some veneers may be required.

As far as X ray depicts, RCT needed for right upper second premolar and probably for left upper molar too(depends on clinical correlation).
Rest some teeth require fillings like Right upper molar and left upper premolar and maybe some lower teeth too(again depends on clinical correlation)
Your dentist must first address your chief complaint I.e. wherever you've pain and then the others can be addressed as early as possible.

Hii,
X-ray's show deep cavities, those which are not, needs clinical correlation i.e; you may have shallow cavities which are not clearly seen in x-ray.
Start treatment for the tooth that pains most.
Based on your OPG, you need RCT in Right upper 2nd Pre Molar. Left upper 1st molar has a deep cavity close to tooth nerve, hence pulp capping may  be needed or RCT(have to decide while operating).
Class II fillings needed in Right upper 1st Molar, Left upper 2nd Pre Molar..
For other findings please visit a dentist.
