Circumcision swelling and pain

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I had done stapler circumcision 1 week back due to balanoposthitis, I am getting bleeding in frenulum area 3 days back and seeing the gap between the incision area and swelling, there is little panin in the above and high pain if I touch the side parts of incision area, attaching the picture. I don't have any fever, Please suggest my healing process is going well or need to take care any ?.. I am taking pantop, chymoral forte, p650, cefdinir 300 mg and applying neomycin ointment
