  4. Circumcision. Of undissolved sutures.

Circumcision
It's been 5 years for my circumcision but surgery doesn't heal .. It developed scar on my sutures area. Now it's starts paining... sutures have not healed properly... How much time should I wait to heal the sutures..or Excision is needed for removal of undissolved sutures...
