  4. Circumcision. Also go off pls tell me!

I have completed my normal surgery of circumcision and today is 7th day but still there is swelling and ring type on head of penis pls suggest me till when the swelling fully go down n penis becomes normal and little pain still exists and will the ring type also go off pls tell me
