Circumcision and frenuloplasty
Dear sir/mam when i try to pull back my foreskin then it comes upto the edge of the glans without any discomfort but if i try to pull more then i feel pain on the frenulum ,the doctor is telling for circumcision so if i do circumcision then frenuloplasty will happen automatically in that or i have to do a separate surgery of frenuloplasty??

In frenuloplasty only the frenulum is cut and stitched back in a way that it is not tight any more. In circumcision whole foreskin is cut away, so frenulum is automatically cut.
