My boyfriend used to smoke 20-22 cigarettes in a day for 5 years. Now all of a sudden he says he has quit smoking. is it possible for such a person to quit smoking forever without any help in just one go?

HELLO, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE IF HAVE AVERY STRONG WILL POWER, BUT IN ONE DAY A LIL DIFFICULT N UNBELIVEABLE. BUT U JUST BELIEVE ON HIM, IF HE REALLY QUIT N PROOF YOUR BELIEVE TRUE. O.K
