Chronic sleeplessness
I'm having a difficult time going to sleep as my mind keeps racing. Although my body is exhausted and needs to rest and rejuvenate, I cannot relax. I feel drowsy and when I'm just about to doze off, suddenly my heart beats faster as if some kind of fear haunts me and then I wake up. I'm not able to carry out my daily activities, please help.
