Hello doctor I am suffering from chronic sinusitis.. What should I do.. Does it has any relationship with sleeping also

The following steps may help: - Do steam inhalation(plain steam) regularly - Drink water at an average of 3 liters per day - Avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages as they cause dehydration and will worsen your condition. - Have spicy food once in a while which will help clear your sinuses - Use a humidifier in your room which is seen to be beneficial in sinusitis - Wiping the face regularly with a towel moist with hot water has also shown to help.
