Hi! Nose and sinus infection can be of two types, one due to allergy and other one due to frequent virus or bacterial infection. Usually we advice to avoid the food or other things when it’s established that it’s due to allergy. Hence you need to consult ENT specialist for a detailed history for proper diagnosis & further treatment.
